ECF™ anti-seize is a special formula of non-metallic com- ECF ponents that plate on the surface of the threads for fastener applications. This blend of components will help to achieve the required torque set by engineers and aid with the diassembly of the fasterner without damage to the threaded surface. ECF anti-seize is a special nonmetallic compound containing chemically inert fibers in a biodegradable base grease carrier. This unique combination of environmentally acceptable materials gives a wider temperature range than conventional anti-seize products. This combination of materials makes ECF out perform all other anti-seize products for applications where high nickel alloys and standard alloys are used. This formulation is ideal where extreme chemical exposure and corrosive environments are present, the unique grease base is suited for long term corrosion protection for flange bolts and any threaded surface needing protection from the elements. FROM AN ENVIRONMENTAL STANDPOINT, ECF ECF is a biodegradable, non-bioaccumulation and non-toxic to all kinds of life forms. ECF will not have any HSE (Health Safety & Environment) related issues. There are no VOC (Volatile Organic Components) related issues or DOT (Department of Transportation) related concerns
